  • Shipping & Delivery

    We deliver in Shanghai, JiangSu, ZheJiang within 48 hours. In addition we offer secured and fast deliveries all over China.
    All our wines are imported in refrigerated containers, and stored in an appropriate cellar in China for an optimal preservation. We strive to deliver wines to your door in China with the same conditions as when they left winemakers’ cellars in France.


    When you have placed your order:

    1. We will check that the wines are available
    2. We will have specialized staff contact you to confirm the delivery time, address, payment option and other necessary information.

    Can you delivery to an address other than my residence?

    Yes, we can deliver to your office, studio or other address. Please provide a complete address and any other additional information that can help delivery (Office building name, university name or any other relevant information).

    Can you leave my delivery with someone else like at the front desk or security desk?

    Yes, provided that the requirements above are met. We suggest however, that you are there in person to receive and confirm each order. Magnum Wines does not accept any responsibilities for orders lost or damaged after delivery.

    Can I change my delivery time or location?

    Depending on the processing stage, it might be possible to change delivery time or location, please contact us at 021-62713810 and please have your order number ready.

    In the course of business interactions, or through applications on our website Magnum Wines may collect personal information about our clients suppliers, and others who request information or transact business with us. This information will be used solely for means of contacting and conducting business between Magnum Wines and aforementioned parties. Magnum Wines will not disclose or distribute personal information about any client (past or present) to any other organization or for any other purposes without first obtaining permission of the person whose information is being given. Please raise any questions or concerns through our website.

    Here is the process of ordering step by step :

    - Simply find the wines that you are looking for.
    - Add the wines to your shopping cart and follow the screens to checkout.
    - Register your contact details.
    - You will pay your order once it is delivered thanks to our Cash on delivery policy.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    With our cash on delivery policy you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.

    Prices from the same vintage are guaranteed for the whole year, from 1st of January to 31st of December.

  • Viewing Orders

    How can I check the status of my order?

    It’s easy to check the status of your order! Just visit Magnum Wines online and sign in with your username and password to get a summary of any orders you have placed.
    You’ll see your order number, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order and package tracking information for items that have shipped. If you choose to view the order details of an order, you’ll see additional information including the products purchased, any discounts received and postage costs.

    Can I cancel my order?

    We ask that you make your selection carefully; as we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed.

  • Updating Account Information

    To change your account information, click on “my account” at the top of the page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page.
    To change the way your name appears or your email address, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Account Information”.
    To change your billing or shipping address click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Address Book”. This will bring you to your address page, where you will have the options to click on “Edit Address”, “Delete Address”, or “Add Address”.
